Terms of service

The product description, duration, delivery method, price, stock status, network choice, warranty terms and any checkout notice shown when you order form part of the agreement for that order.

You must provide accurate contact information, keep account and order access secure, use compatible software and wallets, and review product-specific activation or eligibility requirements before purchase.

Paid orders use USDT on the network selected at checkout. Send only the exact supported token on that network to the order-specific address. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; transfers on another network or to another address may be unrecoverable.

Delivery starts only after the server verifies the required payment confirmations and stock. Estimated times are not guarantees because blockchain, supplier and email services can be delayed. Delivery state remains separate from payment state so support can resolve exceptions without rewriting payment evidence.

You may not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, resale or sharing that violates product terms, credential abuse, security testing without authorization, or attempts to bypass quantity, access or account limits. We may refuse or suspend affected activity.

Refund and warranty eligibility is governed by the policies and product terms visible before purchase. Do not reveal or consume delivered credentials when requesting support for an unusable delivery. Approved crypto refunds are sent manually to a verified destination and recorded separately from the original payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aitoque is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect network or address supplied by the customer, unsupported wallets, third-party account restrictions, public blockchain conditions, or use outside the stated product terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms for future use of the service. The version presented when an order is created governs that order unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer. Questions and eligible requests can be submitted through Order Support.
